AQUENT EXPRESSES CONFIDENCE THAT COMPUTER HORIZONS SHAREHOLDERS SUPPORT BY-LAW AMENDMENT TO ENHANCE ABILITY OF SHAREHOLDERS TO CALL SPECIAL MEETINGS AND OPTIMISM ABOUT ELECTION OF DIRECTOR NOMINEES

Boston, MA (May 14, 2003) — Aquent LLC, a privately held global professional services firm, today announced that based on the number of proxies it has submitted to the independent inspectors of election, Investor Voting Services, it appears shareholders of Computer Horizons Corp. (Nasdaq: CHRZ) have approved Aquent’s proposal to amend Computer Horizons’ by-laws to authorize shareholders who own 10% or more of Computer Horizons’ outstanding stock to call special meetings of shareholders. Aquent also expressed optimism about the outcome of the election of the Aquent nominees to the Computer Horizons Board of Directors.

John Chuang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aquent LLC, said, “We would like to thank our fellow Computer Horizons shareholders for their support throughout this process. Today’s vote clearly demonstrates that Computer Horizons shareholders want and expect a Board that is accountable for its actions at any time during the year, not just once a year at the annual meeting. As we have said from the beginning, our goal has been to ensure a greater voice on the Computer Horizons Board for the people who should have had it all along – the shareholders.”

Mr. Chuang added, “While we are optimistic about the eventual certified outcome of today’s Board election, we believe that either way, today is a clear victory for Computer Horizons shareholders. Together, we have sent a message to the Computer Horizons Board that cannot be ignored. We believe that we have already accomplished many of our objectives of making Computer Horizons more accountable to its shareholders.”

Prior to the closing of the polls at the Annual Meeting, all proxy cards received by Aquent were turned over to the independent inspectors of election, who will tabulate the results. It is expected that the preliminary tabulation will be provided to Aquent and Computer Horizons in approximately one week, after which both sides will have the opportunity to examine the proxy tabulation. Aquent will publicly announce the final results once they are made available.
