Aquent Announces That Two Separate Courts Reject Computer Horizons’ Attempts To Block Certified Election Results

Boston, MA (May 29, 2003) – Aquent LLC, a privately held global professional services firm, today announced that both the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and the New York State Supreme Court have rejected separate attempts by Computer Horizons Corp. (Nasdaq: CHRZ) to set aside the certified results of the election of directors at the Company’s May 14, 2003 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

John Chuang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aquent LLC, said, “Computer Horizons’ litigation to date is an unconscionable effort to ignore the decision of their own shareholders. All shareholders should be disturbed by Computer Horizons’ willingness to use shareholders’ money in a futile attempt to thwart the election’s outcome.

“The shareholders have spoken, the inspectors have certified, the Courts have ruled. The Board should stop this waste of corporate assets now.”

Computer Horizons yesterday confirmed in the U.S. District Court proceeding that they expect to re-convene their Annual Meeting on June 4, 2003. At that time, Aquent expects that the Company will accept the previously certified results of the election, which were provided to both companies on May 27, 2003 by IVS Associates, Inc., the independent inspectors of election, and seat Mr. Karl Meyer and Mr. Robert Trevisani as directors.

As previously announced, the certified results confirm that shareholders of Computer Horizons have elected Aquent’s two independent director nominees, Robert A. Trevisani and Karl L. Meyer, to the Computer Horizons Board of Directors and that Computer Horizons shareholders have overwhelmingly approved Aquent’s proposal to amend the Company’s bylaws to authorize shareholders who own 10% or more of Computer Horizons’ outstanding stock to call special meetings of shareholders.
