Description of Project:

The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, a wholesale bank that provides funding to member financial institutions, sought out Aquent talent to assist in improving its web sites through enhanced user interaction and usability. Aquent assembled a development team that included user experience design and development, prototyping, and usability expertise.

The team collaborated with its internal business partners at the bank to understand, interpret, and produce user experience requirements and deliverables that would reinforce the value of the bank's brand and online presence by designing engaging and user-friendly online solutions. In addition, the team included a member with expertise in print design to assist the bank's [publications/communications department?] in its transition from the Quark® design program to Adobe® InDesign®.

Aquent's print design professional is still working with the bank to assist with its annual report and other print products.
