For Sallie Mae, the nation's top financial services company specializing in education, its presence on the web is crucial to its customer service. That's because Sallie Mae does far more than simply service student loans—and many of its stakeholders and customers are highly tech-savvy. In order to assure that its online presence is the best it can be, it has for many years relied on Aquent talent.
When Sallie Mae had constrictions on its budget and could not augment in its own team with direct hires, Aquent stepped up with the right professionals at the right time. Aquent talent assisted in building out one of its web sites but also provided marketing support for the brand in the K-12 education space on the company's site.
