Description of Project:
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) required staff support, consultation, technical assistance, production, and graphic services for its Program Support Center/Media Arts Branch. The Program Support Center is a shared service center, providing graphics and other related products to HHS, as well as other federal agencies.
Aquent assembled a skilled team of communication managers, front-end developers, interactive graphics designers, and information architects. The team provided a variety of services, including web design and production, publication layout and design, illustration for posters and brochures, and presentation graphics. These deliverables were used in a variety of media, including video and film, presentations, posters, banners, and exhibitions. In addition, the team provided editorial services, writing for the public, exhibit display units, and consultation and support services for all deliverables.
Aquent continues to support HHS both as a prime contractor and as a subcontractor through CGI Federal. These projects include the web sites for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (Medicare.gov, CMS.gov, MyMedicare.gov) as well as the user interface for all of the operation and maintenance systems that support these sites.
