Our healthcare client seeks an expert Program Manager with extensive experience managing complex, large-scale technology implementation projects.

Working with the Unified System Website Project Team, the Program Manager (PM) will coordinate efforts across three significant workstreams – Find Care, Website Platform, System Content Development – to ensure a high-quality, on-budget, on-time delivery of the Unified System Website Project.

These workstreams are comprised of team members across a number of organizational functions and represent a wide array of stakeholders: Marketing, Digital Patient Experience, Health Plan Marketing, Clinical Operations, Ambulatory Care, etc.

Each of these workstreams will have a dedicated Project Manager with dotted line reporting into the Program Manager.

The Program Manager must maintain continuous alignment of diverse project elements to ensure successful delivery of the final product. Beyond the initial product delivery, the Program Manager will also be instrumental in supporting longer term content migration and site retirement activities across the ecosystem of web experiences. Additionally, the Program Manager will be expected to build trust, establish rapport and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels of organizational hierarchy, including C-suite leadership.

 

Responsibilities:

Overseeing team of three Project Managers, each managing a significant workstream

Synchronizing workstream deliverables so that they converge at the appropriate times to ensure the successful integration required for product launch

Identifying and understanding workstream dependencies and acting accordingly to ensure that project schedule is unimpeded by any of their variations

Monitoring project workstreams and overseeing project managers to ensure goals and milestones are consistently achieved to keep project on track

Communicating with stakeholders to provide routine program status, including risks and blockers

Continuously assessing project health, anticipating risks and developing effective mitigation actions that maintain adherence to project plan

Developing and managing project recovery plans when necessary, minimizing impact to project commitments

Accountable for Project Manager planning and execution tasks, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, costing, resource, risk and issue resolution

Collecting and analyzing data required to create effective, concise status reports and project score cards

Proactively engaging stakeholders, providing timely, relevant, and transparent project status

Ability to perform ad hoc Business Analyst tasks as needed, such as understanding and aggregating business requirements from key stakeholders

Qualifications:
• PMP Program/Project Management Certification- Required
• 7 years of Program Management experience, leading teams or projects across multiple
functions including technology engineering, digital and marketing
• Experience with Workfront, JIRA and AEM (Required)
• Experience navigating highly complex and matrixed organizations

• Health system experience is preferred

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $55 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
