Would you like to work for one of the top humanitarian organizations in DC? As a member of the Digital Engagement team, the Testing & Optimization Lead is responsible for leading the success of course search and registration landing page testing and user experience consulting engagements. The Testing & Optimization Lead provides thought leadership on user experience and testing, builds and maintains relationships with Line of Business, partners and internal staff members.
This is a long term, on-site contract position located in Washington, DC.
Job Responsibilities
- Directs and manages the daily work flow of all conversion optimization projects including initiation and management of projects within and across departments.
- Commands data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programs.
- Analyze the user experience of Client site, including conversion optimization for course search and registration.
- Optimize Client site for mobile devices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of site optimization/testing, usability analysis and/or web analytics experience.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests required; Omniture Test & Target, and Google Website Optimizer.
- Understanding of online analytics metrics and related statistical concepts.
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Omniture, Google Analytics.
