The project manager will work alongside UE (User Experience), business, and engineering stakeholders to help meet business objectives, support the brand and provide an intuitive, informative and outstanding user experience.

PROJECT/PRACTICE RELATED COMPETENCIES
Project /Practice Management
• Manages project estimates, scope, resources and timelines, and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Creates detailed project work plans and assign tasks to team members
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope
• Facilitates, tracks and monitor projects, activities, milestones, timelines and deliverables
• Ensures that all project-related tasks have been performed
• Effectively applies company UE methodology and enforces project standards
• Coordinates UE deliverable reviews, internally and with external stakeholders
• Works closely with practice leads and/or managers to ensure a high level of quality
• Forecasts upcoming project work by resource and hours
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately

Technical Understanding
• General skills in standard project management software such as MS Project, along with strong experience with other common project management software (Basecamp, time-keeping, excel, Word, Outlook.)
• Possesses general understanding in the areas of website development, user experience, interactive design and development, and e-commerce
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on projects


EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of project management experience in a technical environment
