We are in search of a junior web designer for Bath and Body Works at Limited Brands. This position is responsible for working with Design Leads to design and execute creative solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. This position will be focused on email and site changes as needed by the demand of the business. This job is onsite at Limited Brands headquarters in Columbus, OH.

Duration: 2month contract
Benefits: approximately $32/hr
Hours: onsite 8am-5pm weekdays

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with Design Leads (CD, AD, AAD, SWD) on executing on-brand layouts for BBWD in email and site creative
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of all creative site asset and email requests
• Optimize and deliver appropriate files to the Operations/Marketing team
• Adhere to internal and external deadlines
• Take ownership of tasks and drive tasks through to completion
• Keep manager informed daily of the status of workload and projects

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years graphic design work experience
• 1+ years Web Design experience
• Proven talent and skills in interactive design for a retail brand
• Experience in Beauty/Fashion is a plus
• Complete fluency in PhotoShop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and Web Optimization
• Basic working knowledge of InDesign

• A polished portfolio of your past web and graphic design work
• Must have a strong sense of design/style with willingness and ability to do production work
• Proven ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
• Excellent knowledge of best practices for the Web
• Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
• Resourceful self-starter who takes action and responds quickly to change with a positive attitude
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills required
