Position Specifics

• Agile Environment; tool agnostic
• Ability to create rapid prototypes (HTML preferred)
• Ability to create wireframes and site maps
• Ability to test/iterate on wireframes
• Implement User Research findings & personas into prototype process
• Ability to be a design lead & communicate design vision to cross functional teams
• Usability & User Experience Knowledge a prerequisite
• Must be able to work across development lifecycle
• Must be focused on results first – ability to create low-fidelity proof-of-concept

Nice-to-have: ability to create a rapid prototype using Twitter Bootstrap framework

• There is a shuttle provided daily shuttle service from Austin to San Antonio
• Compensation is industry competitive. This is a temp to perm position.
