RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assists in the creation of brand-right color and print stories according to set seasonal concept and fabric program.
• Style and develop prints in support of the leadership vision and line plans.
• Support and execute print design from Concept through to final pass off for production.
• Communicate and present color and print point of view for collection(s) to Design team and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with CAD to develop prints including workflow, pitching color ways and creation/maintenance of CAD boards.
• Partner with print technologist to communicate print intent for execution development.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to track and accomplish goals.
• Apply processes to understand/anticipate the needs of the customer in order to exceed customer expectations and readily react to their needs.
• Utilize resources in sourcing new ideas, both internally and externally, and stay up to date on competitor research/trend analysis.
• Collaborate and follow-up on deliverables with vendors and key partners throughout the design process including Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development.
• Brainstorm and present ideas to team.
• Prepare materials for meetings and presentations and coordinate logistics.
• Achieve set goals with acute attention-to-detail, tracking progress & anticipating potential issues.
• Pursue/embrace opportunities to personally grow and develop skills/competencies.
• Build and maintain effective relations with key partners.
• Seek to improve process in order to deliver efficiently with speed/agility.
• Meet budget and time commitments without compromising design excellence.

• Exceptional color and print sensibility, with an eye for fashion and detail.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver commercially viable color & print stories in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of fabric printing, print techniques and repeat layouts.
• Highly motivated, passionate and results oriented.
• Excellent prioritization, detailed oriented and time management skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimal Domestic travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Textile Design or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Color & Print experience in a comparable retail environment.
• Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator
