200016565 - Web Production Designer

Reporting to the Design Manager, the incumbent will work with the online team and its multiple cross-functional partners to help overhaul, redesign and relaunch the Web Office, an important tool for Representatives to manage their customers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with project/department leads and external vendor to understand and implement key objectives and requirements for the Web Office
• Achieve multiple milestones on time, and ensure all online deliverables are executed with consistency to the brand
• Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing page layouts and flows for the Web Office
• Content maintenance and must be comfortable hand-coding in HTML
• Ability to define and offer multiple content/creative solutions to a task
• Attending and participating in various meetings to maintain synergy with the business and big picture

Fashion and Beauty

• Expert background in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of web design experience and content management production with solid understanding of the standard principles and best practices of website design, usability and working within brand guidelines
• Experience working in cross-functional corporate teams or agency and managing multiple projects from start to finish
• jQuery, Javascript, Video encoding a plus, but not required
• CMS experience is a plus
• Detail and multi-task oriented, ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, takes initiative and ownership
