200016567 - Wall liaison/Production position (freelance)

This position is needed to ensure the smooth operation to a massive Spring wall graphics design and production process. Candidate needs to act as project facilitator at first part of design process and continue support group to execute mechanicals until all wall graphics gets released to printer.

• Report and closely work with Wall Mavin.
• Good communication is a must, acting as agent, bring detailed info on daily basis between Wall Mavin, Art director, Wall Strategy and Marketing teams.
• Track multiple request forms from business partners to ensure deadlines are in sync with major timeline and accounts meeting date.
• Helping Wall Mavin download or upload files and burn CDs. .
• Help designer to clean up minor design issue if necessary.
• Prepare and delegate tasks to outside vendors

Major Fashion and Beauty Retailer

• Must have production skills and knowing mechanical preparation.
• Know Mac software in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign
