"As a member of the Global Web Digital Marketing group, the candidate for this role will be responsible for the managing the contact strategy for all email communications while applying best practices to ensure optimal email results, improved email deliverability, and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, and spam regulation"

Responsibilities are the following:

Manage the contact strategy for all email communications while applying best practices to ensure optimal email results, improved email deliverability, and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, and spam regulation (CAN-SPAM).
Develop and maintain email calendar and provide regular updates to decision-makers on upcoming email communications
Coordinate with all marketing channels to guarantee consistent messaging and timing
Manage projects, communications and meetings necessary to support campaigns and events with email marketing
Engage with internal teams to collaborate on integration, campaign management, production, deployment and reporting of email campaigns
Educate internal clients on email marketing best practices and standards
Provide ideas and strategies for email campaign optimization and tactics for success

Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma
3-5 years of related experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office 2010 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Advanced knowledge of the Eloqua online lead & email management tool or another similar enterprise level system or tools
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Acrobat X
Intermediate knowledge of the HTML language and CSS
Intermediate knowledge of MS SharePoint
Intermediate knowledge of the "Teamsite" CMS or another online CMS or FTP tool
In-depth knowledge of email best practices (coding, design and copy), spam regulations (CAN-SPAM), privacy protection and email deliverability stats and tactics
Advanced knowledge of email communication planning for campaigns and events aimed at a B2B and occasionally a B2C target
Experience designing and applying a contact and communication strategy for email

Strong experience and understanding with Compliance
Managing Email Marketing
Understanding and preparing reports on Analytics
STrong communications skills and presentation skills (Presenting to upper management)
