200016611 - Jr. Interaction Designer (Contract-to-hire)

Our client is looking for a junior interaction designer to join Their growing in-house web development team. This is a great opportunity to contribute to digital projects ranging from web sites and mobile apps to internal web applications. Working under the direction of the interaction design manager, you will collaborate with product management, ux, design, and development colleagues to translate business requirements and user needs into effective, intuitive interfaces. You will define and describe user interactions through site maps, user flows, and wireframes, and assist with user research and usability studies as needed.

A background in graphic design, interaction design, human factors or related field is preferred

solid design and layout skills, and 2-3 years experience creating user-centered designs for web sites or applications. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
