We're looking for a Presentation Designer for our financial services client in the northern suburbs. This is a 5-month contract assignment. This talent will be responsible for creating PowerPoint Presentations, Word and Excel designs. Must be able to coordinate with business leaders to gather requirements for creating deliverables for executives.

Must be an expert in the following:
- Microsoft Office: Powerpoint/Word/Excel
- Creating templates
- Creating macros and links
- Graphics Design/Creation
- Technical Writing, documentation preparation
- Written and oral communication
- Ability to gather user requirements and create a work plan
- Proficient in creating user's guides or training documentation

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with business leaders to create custom power point templates for C-level presentations
- Create custom Microsoft Powerpoint templates with professional graphics that automate the following:
1. Linking charts and tables.
2. Linking cells as text
3. Ability to update all linked items centrally with one click
4. Automated slide numbering, including skipping/substitution
5. Table of contents generation
6. Automated section management and titling
7. Centralized presentation template management and disbursement
8. Color palette management (also in Excel)
- Develop technical documentation for the product
- Produce training guide for users
- Conduct end-user training
