Web requests come in from different parts of their department. These requests could be as simple as changing someone's title or updating their resume. They could also be as complex as merging multiple pages, creating/uploading repors with presentations/charts, or adding new microsites. They need someone who is "senior" enough so they're not overwhelmed, but not someone who will get bored with the work. They use Legacy for their processes and frame work.
This person should have a strong background in XHTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. They should also have a good understanding to work with web services. PHP is highly preferred but they won't be developing applications in PHP, they just use it in their framework.
