200016669 - Oracle Commerce, Systems Architect

Our client company, located near Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is looking to add an Oracle Commerce Architect to their team. The initial duration of this assignment is through May of 2013. There is a high likelihood of extending beyond that date. You would be a W2, hourly employee of Aquent during this time. We do have health and dental benefits from which you may choose.

Here is what you will do:

1. Translate business needs into technical solutions using seasoned judgment to suggest approaches that optimize customer needs, business constraints and technological realities.

2. Development of a technical vision plan considering future business needs and emerging technologies.

3. Suggest system enhancements to provide operational reliability and integration ensuring the business with consistent systems availability and quality.

4. Develop, evaluate and provide direction in the application of programming efforts pertaining to languages, techniques, methods and file types. Assure compliance with system development standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities and schedules.


Here is what you need to have:

1. At least three years of experience with Oracle Commerce in a large, enterprise environment.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Political and diplomatic acumen as it relates to a corporate environment.
