Aquent is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic, Marketing person who has worked with Salesforce.com or other enterprise CRM applications in the past for a full time role in Chicago. This is not a Salesforce.com administrator role; it is a marketing role centered on using Salesforce as a marketing tool and supporting its user base.
Requirements:
Strong general marketing background
Highly proficient in Salesforce.com in data management, Data Loader, user support, training and documentation, testing on-going enhancements
Highly proficient in MS Access, Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable reporting, filtering) and data analysis
Excellent communications skills and ability to problem-solve
Able to supervise resources working remotely on database tasks
Outstanding customer service skills
