The Art Director is a leader in the Creative department and will concept and design innovative and world-class interactive creative solutions for clients. The Art Director will work closely with the Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer.
Responsibilities:
• Combines conceptual creative thinking with exceptional design skills
• Possesses a deep understanding of how (and when) interactive technologies can be used to deliver rich and rewarding user experiences
• Partners with other team leads in other departments like User Experience, Content, Technology and Project Management to identify innovative interactive solutions
• Is experienced in developing a range of interactive marketing tactics, including: website development, rich and standard ad units, emails, tools, video, mobile, etc.
• Is able to lead and inspire a creative team, consistently improving the creative quality
• Is responsible for on-strategy and on-time execution of multiple projects
• Is comfortable and experienced presenting work internally and externally to clients
• Understands the production process

Minimum 2-3 years of art direction experience
Formal design training
Expert use of Photoshop and Illustrator
