We have a great temp-to-perm opportunity for a senior level manager with deep experience in managing content teams. If you live and breathe to drive content strategy and have experience managing teams to the delivery of great online content then this role is for you!
Taking on this position means seeing yourself as part of the UX process instead of just Manager of the information that's put into a website after it's been designed.

This position is responsible for managing teams of people whose responsibility it is to deliver strong content throughout almost 100 applications to business customers from as many countries with millions of transactions monthly.

This Manager will contribute to the overall user experience and business strategy of this division's business portal, define and expand the role or content in meeting customers' needs and will be responsible for creating and maintaining the team's production calendar.

The ideal candidate has experience defining and executing on the overall vision, possesses passion for content and the process of creating, implementing and maintaining it and has a proven track record with creating and managing cross-channel customer experience through strong content.


Required Qualifications

- Develop, communicate, and execute on a customer experience driven content strategy that supports stated business objectives
- Lead Content Production and Content delivery teams (15+ staff and freelancers), ensuring appropriate quality of deliverables and processes
- Work closely with Marketing, User Experience Design, Visual Design, and Technology to create interactive experiences that meet user needs and business goals
- Define and oversee content strategy projects, including content discovery, audit, and content effectiveness analysis
- Partner with Channel and Product management to design and implement solutions for content delivery, including content management, workflow, and maintenance
- Develop and maintain editorial standards and best practices, including necessary regulatory and compliance requirements

Also required:

- 10 years industry experience, with 5+ years in positions of increasing management responsibility
- Experience creating and delivering an enterprise vision and strategy
- Excellent creative and analytical skills
- Excellent brand awareness and brand building experience
- Experience with online, mobile and cross-channel content strategy
- Strong acumen in web technologies and understanding of how functionalities such as XML, HTML, XHTML, CSS can work together
