A leading marketing agency is looking for the new head of their development department. The #! skillset needed is problem solving, as this agency will be building new software, CMS platforms and a high volume of web applications and websites on Ruby on Rails and PHP. This position is managing at team of 4-5 developers and working in tandem with the design department and other business units to meet client objectives. This is a fast-paced agency environment and requires a roll-up-your-sleeves and get it done attitude. You will be responsible for the success of the team.

Key requirements:
-5+ years in website front-end development
-2+ years in a team management/leadership role
-Expert level HTML/CSS
-Expert level jQuery/Javascript
-Deep experience with CMS systems (not just theming and plug-ins)
-Some PHP knowledge
-Some RoR knowledge a PLUS
