Requirements:
-Expert hand-coding HTML/CSS
-Intermediate+ Javascript/jQuery
-Experience with CMS systems
-Experience with Ruby on Rails
-Cross-browser compatibility and troubleshooting
-Theming and templatizing design
Nice to Haves:
-Version control (e.g. git, Subversion)
-Photoshop
-Experience with responsive websites
-Knowledge of sass or less
-Knowledge of HAML
Code samples will be reviewed for clean code and pixel-perfect framework.
