Aquent's internal company is looking for a Front End Developer to join their development team. This person will take images in Photoshop and convert to HTML/CSS, and go from wire frames into working interfaces in HTML. There will be some aesthetic changes along the way, as well.
The product is called Scout and it uses machine learning to improve the matching between jobs and candidates. Scout works with major ATSs like: BullHorn, Sendouts and Taleo.

Some Linux experience would be nice since you'll need to setup and run the application locally through terminal.
Understanding of UI standards
Github and Gerrit experience so you can land your own patches
Solid understanding of back end

Works closely with designer to realize/implement designs for system functionality
Ability to work well with others and work as a part of a distributed team (local project manager, remote developers)
Ability to work with tight deadlines and timeframes
A startup environment that has the stability and backing of a larger company
Experience working with a distributed team
