If you are a freelance multimedia specialist adding to your client roster, we have a great opportunity for you!

Our projects span the intersection of technology, multimedia, animation and training, with a particular focus on web based training. We are looking to build a long term relationship with a multimedia developer/producer in Boise who knows his/her way around the many areas of multimedia production.

Our next major project will ramp up in February/March, but we will start on some proof of concepts in the next few weeks. Because our project schedules vary throughout the year, fluctuations from part-time to full-time hours are to be expected. We are looking for an experienced producer accustomed to planning for and balancing the demands of multiple projects.

Requirements:

• Flash animation, video editing and HTML coding are the most critical requirements for success in this role, but the more multimedia and tech skills one can offer the more work we can give.
  
• Experience integrating different types of files and complex media: Flash animations, video, static images, HMTL, etc.
  
• Solid understanding of UX/UI development.
  
• Experience developing web based training courses is highly desirable.
