As a FLASH Interactive Designer / UI Dev, you have a proven track record for thinking outside the box. You are capable of taking great ideas and breathing life into them – making them real. You see things differently from other people – visualizing design and development much like an art form. You know what it takes to deliver world class creative solutions for your customers.
Under the guidance of Art Directors, Associate Creative Directors and the Creative Director, the FLASH Interactive Designer / UI Dev will work across a wide range of interactive design projects that meet both user and business objectives while maintaining the brand. In addition, you will work closely with information architects, account managers and business stakeholders to achieve the design objectives for each concept. Specific responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the development and execution of global creative solutions with a focus on UI Development and Flash Integration
• Work on interactive design projects that drive innovation, meet user and business objectives and support the brand
• Partner with designer team partners, information architects, account managers, UI developers and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Associate Creative Directors and the Creative Director

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of UI design experience and from an accredited design program
• Proficient with FLASH, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe products
• Ability to help guide strategic execution of projects, partner effectively with teams and influence the evolution of design systems
• Solid understanding of basic HTML5/CSS3 code, methodologies and the technology and platforms that support online design
• Demonstrate a strong design foundation
• Hunger to adopt new technologies (HTML5,CSS3)


Flash specific:

• Experience with ActionScript 3
• Experience with XML and dynamic globalized content
• The ability to create scripted animations
• Experience using Flash Builder, FlashDevelop, or FDT
• Experience creating pure AS experiences (no timelines)


HTML5/General:

• Experience with Canvas and CreateJS
• Experience with CSS3 animations
• Experience with JS Frameworks
• Experience with LESS

Minimum Educational Requirements:
