As an Interactive/Flash Designer you have a proven track record for thinking outside the box. You are capable of taking great ideas and breathing life into them – making them real. You have a deep understanding of the customer experience and how to design and deliver solutions that provide measurable results. You see things differently from other people – visualizing design and development much like an art form. You know what it takes to deliver world-class creative solutions for your customers.

This position is about 85% design and 15% flash animation; client is not seeking an expert in Flash development, but this individual will need to be able to create basic animations off the timeline.

Under the guidance of Associate Creative Directors and the Creative Director, the Interactive Designer will work across a wide range of interactive design projects that meet both user and business objectives while maintaining the brand. In addition, you will work closely with information architects, account managers and business stakeholders to achieve the design objectives for each concept. Specific responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the development and execution of global creative solutions.
- Work on interactive design projects that meet both user and business objectives while maintaining and supporting the Company's initiatives.
- Creation of interactive online content using Adobe Flash.
- Partner with information architects, UI developers and business stakeholders, and collaborate with Designers, Associate Creative Directors and the Creative Director to execute the work
- Build understanding among design team of our Design Language and our IT capabilities.

Required Skills:
- 4-10 years of design experience with focus in digital and from an accredited design program
- Ability to help guide strategic execution of projects
- Resourcefulness, dependability, proactiveness
- Advanced understanding of typography, kerning, leading, grids and visual layout and design systems]
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS code, methodologies and the technology and platforms that support online design
- Fully proficient with Adobe CS and Flash Animation.
