Good ideas can come from a cube. Yes, we work in cubes but our ideas are not at all square. Our medical device client is looking for an Account Director who will be responsible for assisting with the success of internal client relationships for various divisions within the company. This role requires a Senior level director to act as the primary liaison for internal clients and is responsible for identifying specific business needs, all the while ensuring that results are delivered to the clients caliber and quality expectations.

Responsibilities include:
-Developing clear client and project objectives, scope and implementation plans.
-Work together with creative team to ensure client satisfaction.
-Oversee campaign quality and execution.
-Be an active participant in pitches and presentations.
-Lead and mentor team in delivering and responding to client (internal) projects and needs.
-Lead interactive marketing initiatives by understanding the client (internal) needs and making strategic recommendations.

Required skills:
-Strong project management skills
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
-Medical device experience a bonus.
-Agency/Big Brand experience a plus.
