We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist to:
• Work independently to acquire knowledge of product features from documentation and development specifications.
• Develop a deep understanding of product features and tools by working through implementation and application development scenarios in a virtual machine.
• Organize and present technical features to technical and non-technical learners.
• Work with Engineering, Services and Documentation teams to understand product features.
• Work with Services and Support teams to understand how product features are implemented and supported.
• Validate training content created by others.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and program managers to create draft training materials such as online labs and courses.
