A performance marketing agency in La Jolla is looking for an account manager to handle SEO clients. This role is client-facing, but primarily execution of SEO tasks and campaigns, reporting into the Director of SEO.
Key responsibilities:
-Keyword research and reporting
-Competitive analysis
-Onsite SEO audits
-Writing SEO copy (title tags, meta descriptions)
-Working with client's Content Management Systems to make updates to sites
-Organic link building, blogger outreach, contests, etc.
-Creating redirects and strategy
-Managing 404s
-Working within webmaster tools
Requirements:
-2+ years in SEO
-Familiarity with other performance marketing channels (SEM, social, display, RTB)
-Agency experience preferred
-Prior experience in a client-facing role (impeccable communication via phone and email)
-Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and AdWords experience a PLUS
-Experience working with websites and CMS updates
-Passion for performance marketing channels
