Creating new store concepts and enhancements to the existing store portfolio that supports varied customer need states and points of distribution. Collaborates with Store Concept partners and other stakeholders to develop multiple design concepts and programs or requirements to support the identified business need.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts.
Collaborates with cross functional teams and other key stakeholders to create and articulate clear material and structural direction that meets business requirements and scope.
Collaborates with cross functional teams and other key stakeholders to meet project objectives and develops executions for design concepts.
Creates unique and diverse architectural concepts and specifications for stores that meet stated business objectives, both operational and financial, promotes company identity and enhances the experience for the consumer.
Contribute to Global Concept Design business goals.
Monitors established schedules with Architectural project team and effectively communicate dates to design team and manager to meet all established deadlines.
Documents and disseminates information about key learnings and best practices to team members.
Monitors design modifications and changes to ensure budget adherence.
Stays abreast on architectural trends in the field and in touch with the market.
Supports the implementation of company programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote key messages and achieve a competitive advantage.

Summary of Experience:
Architectural design: 4 years.
Collaboration with industrial, graphic design and environmental disciplines: 4 years.
Management of various design projects and operations: 4 years.
Retail or restaurant design: 4 years.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate design concepts visually and through oral presentation.
Knowledge of materials and finishes.
Working knowledge of CAD drafting using Revit, Microstation or AutoCAD software.
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross functional projects and activities.
Knowledge of building and health codes and other jurisdictional codes.
