We’re looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager for one of our Bay Area clients! This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of turning into a direct-hire role. In this exciting opportunity, you will lead marketing for our client’s fast growing commercial business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead vision development and marketing strategy framework for the large and middle market segment. Marketing strategy includes identifying the source of volume, marketing objective and strategies, key barriers and the product positioning.
- Lead and manage outside marketing agencies. Inspire the agencies in the creative development process and rationalize the ideas brought forth by the agency partners to develop campaigns and programs that accomplish the marketing objectives.
- Provide excellence in marketing leadership across all paid, owned and earned communication channels, including digital and social media.
- Lead the team in executing programs that enhances client’s reputation as a leader and drive business.
- Identify success criteria, including MROI, and implement measurement for all marketing investments.
- Lead the collection of target audience insights for the target audiences to inform the positioning and communication strategy.
- Create strong relationships with key partners in Marketing and across functions, particularly in Product and Sales.
- Work closely with Client Integration team, Product, Sales and VMC to develop programs and activate marketing programs through this client channels

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years business experience, with a focus on marketing
- Four year college degree required; MBA preferred
- B2B marketing experience is required
- Proven ability to identify consumer/customer insights and translate them into marketing programs and business results
- Strong analytic skills and proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to build a strategic framework
- Bring innovative thinking by creating new or different ways to solve a marketing challenge or address an opportunity
- Proven ability to set the vision and strategic direction for a line of business/portfolio of businesses
- Sets priorities for the business line and allocates resources appropriately
- Meets key deliverables set for the team while deploying the appropriate amount of thinking and consideration in making a decision
- Drives for results and demonstrated ability to get results through others
- Applies learning from previous roles and other lines of business
- Ensures marketing programs across the team are executed with excellence
- Uses data and analytics to inform and support team decisions and measure results
- Collaborates and builds alignment on strategies, plans and programs with others within and outside of Marketing
- Influences others by “telling the story” effectively in decks and in meetings
- Demonstrates passion for the business and inspires the team
