We have a long-term contract opportunity with our large, well known healthcare client for a Senior Marketing Coordinator
You will:
•Assist in and coordinate projects while assisting Marketing Project managers.
•Develop work plans including schedules and cost estimates for simple projects and writes creative brief that guides projects.
•Act as Vendor contact for fulfillment and invoicing.
•Manage job functions including Open and close jobs, track invoices, track job status, etc.
MUST HAVE:
*Great attention to detail
*Take initiative and seek solutions
*Deadline driven
*Learn and adapt quickly, knowing how to apply one learning to multiple scenarios (i.e. connect the dots)
