Would you like to join a dynamic team that is focused on delivering critical content to vendors? Our client's Services team is seeking a bright, articulate, web-savvy technical writer/editor to join our our client's Vendor Contact Management team.
The role requires professional and efficient handling of large volumes of content in cooperation with local/global tech writers, editors, translator, and many internal teams, such as application and systems development, technical and non-technical support, public relations, legal, and operations. You will ensure that Web and Help content is up-to-date, and rework that content to be DITA-compliant in preparation for migration into a CMS.
The successful candidate will be self-directed, yet equally comfortable contributing within a global team environment. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, and accuracy are required. A passion for communicating effectively and a healthy sense of humor are essential to the role.

- Leadership/project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and to effectively scope and deliver projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to understand complex applications and system concepts
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, consistently delivering results despite competing priorities and distractions
- Bachelor's degree in English, technical writing, communications or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web Service, Advantage, or Retail
- Knowledge of e-Commerce
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience applying information architecture concepts
