Oversees deliverables for multiple on air and off air productions on behalf of Brand Marketing/Synergy. Projects this position oversees are by nature projects that involve two or more of Disney’s cable networks, Disney divisions, and countries which air and/or use this content. Position will have an emphasis on multiple sales presentations, corporate presentations and “special projects”. Responsible for day to day communication of notes and asset needs between clients/partners and the production agencies working on the projects. Responsible for creating and maintaining important production timelines, reviewing budgets with supervisors, delivery of final piece and collecting all deliverables and assets, QC and basic formatting and ingestion of final pieces.

Production lead on multiple projects at a time as assigned

Responsible for creating and maintaining important production timelines, delivery of final piece.

Communicates all progress, revisions, notes and deliverables between Brand Marketing production team, Brand Marketing Creative team, “client” business partner, and agency.

Gathering of assets, dubbing, deliveries, etc.

Communicating info to OAP scheduling, legal, and to co-workers on Brand Marketing staff

Keeps archives of delivered projects and manages media

Maintains and supplies style guides for various series
