- Create test plans based on functional specifications
- Describe functionality discrepancies in an orderly and concise method.
- Provide technical support to internal and external costumers
Required Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experienced working within a distributed product-team environment
- Good understanding of the software product life cycle
- Hands-on experience testing web sites and online video
- Versed in using bug-tracking systems.
- Willingness to be mentored with an aptitude to learn quickly and effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communications with attention to detail.
- Proficient in both Mac & PC operating system and the Microsoft Office Suite.
DESIRED SKILLS:
