64448 - Digital Project Management

This Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams in the online space through various deliverables and supporting ongoing evolution of web site content, app development, eCommerce initiatives and other digital projects.

Candidate will:
• Work with Account Service, Creative, Developers as well as clients to manage assigned internet projects from inception through completion
• Review Statements of Work and estimates, and facilitates Requests for Proposals when necessary
• Create and manages timelines
• Help define the technical and creative requirements for projects
• Work to not only manage outside partners on a given project, but also help identify new partners and technology
• Work with Account team to plan launch dates, budgets and map milestones for timely project completion
• Keep project team informed of project status and issues, and leads weekly status meetings
• Aware of and keeps internal team abreast of technology as it applies to interactive capabilities
• Contributes to Web site analyses, research and competitive reviews
• May participate in agency social media efforts
• Creates purchase orders and pays all invoices for a given web project in a timely fashion.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Four-year degree required - emphasis in Business, Advertising or Marketing preferred

2. Minimum 2 years of marketing, advertising or web agency experience

3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project)

4. Familiarity with Web browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari)
