The ideal candidate is a versatile designer developer with an eye for detail. Needs to have an
understanding of W3C standards and experience addressing cross-browser and platform
compatibility. Understanding of optimization techniques to reduce page size and load
times to enhance user experience, is a must.
This person will assist with the integration of informative design,
creating function and engaging interfaces for various web applications. Must have strong
conceptual background and preferably understand the why and the how of UX/UI.
Other skills:
Work with the UX/UI team to improve user experience through quality and intuitive design
Design and conduct user research and testing plans
Create site maps, process flows, personas, develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for website and mobile interfaces
Articulate usability concepts to varying audiences
Work collaboratively with users, business owners and UI designers on finished product
Develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and usage guides
Enhance the team knowledge of best design practices and trends in web and graphic design
Present design solutions to executive managers
Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies)
