The Interaction Designer has a passion for producing, modifying and maintaining web solutions for our clients and creates elegant, dynamic user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript across multiple channels.
Successful Candidates:
+ Exceptional portfolio of work that demonstrates elegant workflow solutions
+ Bachelors or Masters Degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, HCI or equivalent
+ Excellent analytical, oral, written, and visual communication skills
+ Ability to collaborate actively and effectively on multidisciplinary teams
+ Deep understanding of and commitment to user-centered design principles and methods
+ Strong design aesthetic and skills, e.g., sketching, storyboarding, producing quality UIs with sensitivity to task flow/interactivity and layout
+ Familiarity with Internet development technologies and tools
+ Hungry to learn and grow
+ Flexible
+ Are tech-savvy
+ Have "technical chops" to back up design-eye
In this role, you will:
+ Collaborate with interactive team (design, content, and development) to ensure that branded websites exceed customer expectations.
+ Assist with testing and documentation for quality assurance and upgrades to website.
+ Assist with production of e-newsletters.
+ Make recommendations on how sites can be continually improved.
