You will be working in a fast paced environment alongside our product, interface and engineering teams to deliver and integrate into the new UI/UX wireframes all graphical assets and specs, including images, renderings, fonts, colors, icons, logos, etc.
As Art Director, you will inspire, manage, lead and mentor the team. You will oversee multiple projects through all stages. You will be an advocate for the overall look and feel from one hand and the brand from the other. You will also integrate our client’s business requirements into strategies, marketing and aesthetic interests.
You will also be expected to understand the differences and nuances inherent in the major mobile OSes–iOS, Android, BlackBerry, etc. and be the visual, go-to expert in these arenas. A balanced understanding of strategy, usability, interaction and visual design is a must.
Finally, you will be expected to act as a resource for our marketing and executive teams to help develop potential go to market artwork, training materials, visuals, presentations, prototypes, die lines, etc.

• Demonstrates progressive, forward thinking design with a strong background in how to design for multiple screen sizes and operating systems
• Ability to apply thought leadership and influence others
• Communication: Sets up ongoing procedures for collection and review of pertinent information necessary for the management or monitoring of projects.
• Actively listens, hears and understands what is said as well as not said, and comprehends the meaning and the intent.

Education & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor of Fine Arts or BA in related field.
5-7 years experience in mobile user interface design and graphic/ visual development.
