The Project Management Support candidate will Interface with internal financial service clients to
implement weekly Webcasts.
• Strong Project Management skills is required, knowledge of the digital space a bonus
(email and
webcasts), MS Office software
• Experience within the wealth management, mutual funds, investment industry a plus
• Length of assignment: 2 – 3 months
• Project Start Date: ASAP

RESPONSIBILLITES:

• Traffick webcast materials to marketing department to review for
branding/style/tone which will adhere to communications templates
• Submit webcast materials for compliance approval
• Prepare and finalize “Pre” and “Post” Event Communications Content
• Update webcast information on Calendar and verify webcast info and links
operate correctly
• Deploy post-event communications to attendees and non attendees
• Project manage registration, attendee count, survey results, feedback and attendee ratio
• Participate in Weekly Sales Update
• Attend Webcasts
