Their current search is for a Digital Content phenom to bring a voice to their brand.

This talent would be responsible for developing and constructing content for:

• Messaging associated with the nearly 10,000,000+ customer service transactions that were completed online last year
• Messaging for a new onboarding process that would launch when customers “start” service with the firm
• Messaging associated with brand tenet storytelling for the homepage
• Messaging associated with all the new designs for web projects
The ideal talent will have the following skills:
• 2-5 years of creating digital content for key brands
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• True team player, but self-motivated
• Excellent verbal skills
