Requirements:
5-8 years in a consumer product organization.
A ""Design"" oriented, strategic approach to product & service
An exceptional portfolio.
Ability to Design, Build and Sell beautiful interfaces; present them internally, in formats such as user scenarios, site maps, interactive prototypes, or screen flows.
Hands on designing end-to-end user experience; know the latest and greatest html & css capabilities, including what to stay away from and why.
Great communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross channel teams.
BA/BS degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Software Product Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
