65499 - Web Developer needed asap

As an Associate Web Developer you will be responsible for data entry via an internal CMS tool, but should also be able to quickly hand-code clean HTML and CSS from Photoshop Comps and Wireframes. You will be responsible for front-end development and client-side interactions using HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, RSS, JavaScript, Flash and other related interactive technologies.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

-Data entry via internal CMS tool
-Generate and maintain front-end code under supervision of a senior web developer or manager
-Work on front-end development activities, solutions, methods, and practices
-Develop new and effective interactive design solutions on time and in scope
-Collaborate with UE team to deliver on new business initiatives and platform enhancements
-Awareness of developing methodologies, standards and best practices within the group
-Assist in researching and recommending appropriate interactive technologies
-Adhere to reusable code libraries
-Participate in code walkthroughs and quality assurance with development teams
-Develop web accessible and browser compatibility code

Job Requirements:

-Ability to create clean, precise browser-compatible code
-HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, XML programming skills
-Knowledge of JavaScript (previous experience with Actionscript will be considered)
-Knowledge of Macromedia HomeSite or IDM UItraEdit, Adobe Photoshop / Image Ready, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Fireworks, Macromedia Dream Weaver
-Basic understanding of interaction design and user-centered design methods & practices
-Ability to deliver high quality work consistently and on time
-Professional experience collaborating with design and development teams on large-scale projects
-Good communication skills – in person, written and presentation
-Ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks across multiple projects, under tight deadlines
-Enjoy working closely with others, respectful of other perspectives
-Adequate conflict resolution skills and being able to negotiate with stakeholders
-Willingness to switch gears quickly and be flexible to work on concurrent projects
-Occasional evening and weekend overtime
