My background: Account/Marketing/Project Manager leading strategy and implementation with creative professionals (copywriters, designers and developers) in a variety of advertising/marketing agencies and clients – including McDonald's, Kellogg's, Qwest, NAVTEQ, Dow, Texas Instruments and more.

One of the major things I have learned is it’s all about the people you work with. I am thrilled to transition to recruiting. This allows me to help great employees find new opportunities AND help our clients find the talent they need to grow their interactive/digital efforts.

In my "spare" time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, trying new restaurants with my new husband (as of June), spending time with friends/family, traveling and teaching. I am currently doing P90X (again) so save me some Advil.
